Sto scrivendo questa recensione mentre sono ancora qui, nel B&B “il piccolo B&B”, tanto che mi ha colpita. Purtroppo alloggeremo solo una notte, avendo un volo in mattinata da Roma Fiumicino. Che dire, se non che sia perfetto. Proprietari accoglienti, servizio eccellente, posizione ottima, facile da raggiungere dall’aeroporto e camere pulitissime. È presente tutto ciò che raramente ho trovato negli altri B&B (e vi assicuro che ne ho girati). Attenti ai minimi dettagli. Complimenti, e ovviamente super consigliato 🙂

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Il Piccolo. We wanted to stay near the Rome airport before our flight back to the states. We are so happy that we found Il Piccolo over the hotels near the airport. We had great communication before our visit. Constantino was wonderful and the B & B was so charming! There were four of us and there are 2 large bedrooms with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and every amenity you could imagine, from toothbrushes to an electric tea pot with tea and coffee and cookies in the room. There was a beautiful common area where you could sit and have cocktails in the evening and where we had the most delicious breakfast the next day with foccacia sandwiches, croissants, cereals, breads, fresh fruit and juices etc. Constantino also arranged our transportation to the airport. I would highly recommend this adorable B & B over a hotel if you are heading to the airport for a flight home. Thank you for a lovely, restful visit before our trip home. We hope to see you again on our next trip to Italy!

The room was so cute and comfortable. The owner was friendly and made our stay that much more fun. The bathroom had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was very good with choices from yogurt and fruit to ham and cheese sandwiches . The fresh fruit was so good. I would totally recommend this to any friends. |

Confortevole, curato, silenzioso, immerso nel verde e molto vicino all’aeroporto: tutti aggettivi positivi che denotano la nostra prenotazione presso questo piccolo B&B.

La mattina siamo partite presto e Danilo si è curato di darci la colazione da asporto. Serietà e cordialità. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Rather than the stress of taking a train from Rome to the airport, we opted to stay our last night in Il Piccolo and truly relax. This is a two bedroom guesthouse with a shared breakfast space. The proprietor is exceedingly accommodating, and (although we did not use it) provides free pickup and return to FCO. The rooms are basic, with clever decor, and work well for a quick overnight. The bathroom is a generous size and very updated. There was no noise from the other guests arriving or departing. We ventured into Fiumicino for dinner and had several good options. The location was also an opportunity to visit Etruscan Necropolises of Cerveteri (30 min) and Ostia Antica (5-10 min) with a car.

This is a truly excellent b&b. Close to Fiumicino airport (taxi 15 euros) but in a lovely quiet area. The property itself is fabulous and very comfortable. It is spotlessly clean throughout. Constantino is an excellent host. He provided information on how too reach the property by bus and arranged a taxi for us in the morning. Breakfast was like everything else, excellent - lovely fresh, good quality food. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
