Location favolosa, si cena e si fa colazione in riva al Lago. La camera era un po' piccola, ma molto pulita, e con vista fantastica, le sedie sul sul balcone erano purtroppo piuttosto scomode.Il bagno era molto bello, curato, pulito e abbastanza spazioso.
L'hotel mette a disposizione asciugamani a sufficienza e accappatoio. Ci si può tuffare nel lago direttamente dal pontile antistante il ristorante. L'hotel mette anche a disposizione un servizio di noleggio per imbarcazioni da diporto a partire dal pontile dell'hotel.
Il mangiare era ottimo, pesci e crostacei sempre freschi sempre di ottima qualità, ma piuttosto caro, tuttavia considerando la qualità del cibo, la comodità di poter mangiare in riva al lago, direttamente in hotel, ti godi la buona cena e la bella serata. La carta dei vini é buona e mette a disposizione un'ottima scelta di vini italiani e non, che può soddisfare ogni gusto.
Il servizio é buono, ogni tanto un po' distratto ma molto gentile e simpatico.
I centri di Gargnano e di Bogliaco dove si trovano ottime Gelaterie e ottimi ristoranti, sono a pochi passi.
ci tornerei? direi proprio di sì.

We read the great reviews of this hotel and my daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. We had room 1 which has a lovely balcony and very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. When we arrived a lady came to reception asked us "name" then "Passport" and you are on the 3rd floor that was it, no welcome, or explaining about the hotel. We were taken to our room, which was very nice. We went to have a look around and to have a sit on the pier and one staff member said are you staying here - which we replied yes and then ignored us. There were a lot of Italian and German guests who all seemed to receive VIP treatment, but sadly we were ignored for our stay. When we came to breakfast on our first morning we were taken to a table and then no one came to us for over 15 minutes, the owner was talking to some German guests and I asked him he we could be served and he then called to another waiter who said we would have to wait! Eventually we were bought the standard breakfast which was very nice. We had booked to eat in the hotel restaurant on our second night but decided as the service appeared to be slow and we did not feel welcome we would go to the town. The service continued like this for our whole stay and made us feel uncomfortable which was such a shame. The hotel is charming and in a great location, but as I said they did not appear to like the English! or at least a mother and daughter! The town is close by and charming with some great cafe's restaurants and boat tours, highly recommend the area.

Ciao baia d'oro siamo Alessio e Veronica siamo stati veramente bene,la struttura dovrebbe fare qualche ristrutturazione è vicino alla spiaggia con un bellissimo mare ,siamo stati un pó sfortunati con il tempo ma non di certo per colpa della struttura.
L'animazione nel loro piccolo ci ha fatto divertire un sacco un grazie alle ragazze molto disponibili e un grazie a Bruno che ci ha sempre accontentato per ogni richiesta,devo dire che questa struttura ti trasmette un clima molto famigliare facendo amizia con tante famiglie grazie per averci fatto rilassare e divertire,un abbraccio..

Booked to stay 3 nights for our 1st leg of a two week trip to the Italian Lakes|The location is down a narrow street and when you enter you can see the lake from the reception , |just lurking behind the terrace.|The hotel is so quaint|The hub is really the terrace and it’s own jetty which has a few deck chairs|The owner is eccentric but this adds to the charm|The main waiter is charming, if not a little bit forgetful with food orders, but his charm and friendliness meant you could forgive him almost anything.|Our room on the 3rd floor had a sizeable private terrace which offered glimpses of Lake Garda.|The room was immaculate |Breakfast was served on the terrace and was plentiful|We loved it o much here ( ambiance and location) that we were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay by 2 nights.|Would definitely stay here again and would try and book the 2nd floor suite overlooking the lake.

I don’t have enough praising words to describe this hotel. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked we enjoyed our every moment here. The owner, Mr. Terzi and his staff were always ready to make us feel at home. I highly recommend it to everyone who visits Gargnano.

This place is amazing!! The location, the staff, the furniture, the beds, the restaurant. We will definitely come back. I can’t believe what a great hotel this is for the modest price.

Super Rude staff …

we rented a boat today. The rental organisation advised us this Place and made a reservation for us. We boarded the boat on a bow and the dingy picked us up. So far So good

They asked us the name for the reservation. We told them the reservation was Made for us by the rental company.

The reservation was located at the wrong day. But then everything went different, the manager or owner was starting shouting at his staff and went very rude.

I asked him What was wrong and he started to speak in German to me. So I told him i didnt Spoke German because I was from Holland and speak english. He flipped completely as an idiot he told me everything was cancelled.

So I asked him What I did wrong, he Just couldnt give me an answer. Not worth the time and money and he is Just an stressed idiot who doesnt understand hospitality.

I think we had to come with a boat worth more than one million…
