I came from out of town and needed to get a suspension coil replaced before heading home. They were busy, but Nick accommodated getting us in and quickly got to work. The original shop that we went to that pointed out the coil issue wasn't familiar with German cars, so we came to AGR based on recommendations, and I'm glad we did. They were $700 cheaper than the original shop. Too bad I moved out of Rochester, or AGR would definitely be my new auto repair shop. I was also talking with them about Tesla as I'm looking to make that my next car. The shop is equipped with all the latest tools and machines to work on Tesla. If you have a foreign or Tesla luxury car, I would take it here.

Fantastic experience at AGR. Nick is very knowledgeable and explains the repair process, gives through explanation and logic behind his diagnostic process. Prices are extremely fair and a great value considering he uses the best equipment available in the business (Hunter tire and alignment machines are $$$) Would definitely recommend this place to others and will be back again.

They have some of the best equipment and they do amazing work nor did they turn me down because my car was "too low". Got an alignment and 2 tires changed in about an hour. By far the best experience I've had bringing my car to a shop. Definitely won't go anywhere else besides AGR Automotive in the future.

Nick provides the best service I have ever experienced in car repair and maintenance. I had to get general maintenance and left with my Suburban running better than ever. It drives smoother than the day I purchased it 5 years ago. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. In fact, I have my kids and friends use him now. He has fixed issues created by other shops.
