Camera pulita e abbastanza nuova. Dentro c'è anche un armadietto di dimensioni piccole con lucchetto dove mettere le cose di valore. Aria condizionata che scaldava davvero bene (essendo stato nel periodo invernale). Sotto vi sono anche tazze, bustine di te e anche qualche cosa da stuzzicare. L'unica cosa sono i proprietari che non parlano italiano ma quello non è mai stato un problema per me.

Horrible experience
Let´s start with the only positive issue. The room at Annette´s house (that the same Mimi owners host) was brand new, comfortable and served all our needs for one night visit to Florence. BUT, the personnel, service and customer experience were simply horrible. When you enter the premises no one answers the doorbell but only after calling them by phone a young Chinese man takes you to very shady cellar room where he with another person is already arguing with another customer about a missing parking slot. Most of the communication is mediated by Google translate as neither

The room is small but clean. Here like the home, managers are super nice and kindness, they took good care for me and every passengers. The managers speak Chinese and Italian. If you only can speak English please ask Google translate for help.

The location is super great, 5 mins for feet from train station and near the center but quite!

I shared a room with another female and we had an ensuite bathroom. Clean towels, clean bath mat, shampoo, hand soap and toilet paper were all provided in the room. The cleanliness was excellent, which is one thing I need to have when staying in a hotel or hostel. Everything looked updated. There was airconditioning which was fantastic to counteract the stifling summer heat. There is little courtyard where one can sit and chat with others. Ini penginapan hostel paling budget dan worth yang ada di Firenze. Sebagai gambaran, harga AirBnB lain bisa sekitar 70 sampai ratusan euro. Sementara di Mimi Family sekitar 40an.
Lokasinya sangat strategis dekat dengan stasiun kereta, tempat makan dan pusat kota. Cocok kalau traveling solo atau grup kecil dan siap dapat ruangan yang campur. For a dorm, this place was over our expectations. We felt very safe staying there and the location of the place was great. Bathrooms and beds very clean. Only bad thing is there was only one shower, so there can be a lot of waiting if many people are staying there. And make sure you have earplugs because the room is pretty small so you will hear people going in and out. But really recommend staying here if you're looking for a fresh and safe dorm.
