Ho preso contatti telefonici per avere informazioni e inettitudine di ascoltare del titolare è senza pari.||Comprendo che oggi al telefono siamo infastiditi da ogni sorta di spam, ma la buona educazione (totalmente assente) prevede che si ascoltano anche gli animali.||Ecco perchè con le tante strutture di Gargnano vi consigliamo vivamente di andare altrove. Loro lavorano già abbastanza per aver bisogno di ulteriori prenotazioni.

Another pleasant family hotel. Very friendly if slightly ad hoc service. I found Laeticia (who runs the morning/lunchtime) very kind and helpful (the hotel and restaurant are a joint enterprise). I loved the location and the rooms facing the marina but they are also noisy in the evening and market day morning. The village is cool - locals living their life (not all tourism) and a mix of nationalities

I agree with most of the comments that are made, but I loved it. We had room 10 on the second floor, no lift but a lovely marble staircase, a wonderful room. The views are probably the best on the whole of Lake Garda. We stayed in 8 hotels on this trip, this is my favourite with the best rate and the best bed. If you want all matching stuff in the room and you don't like quirky, this is not for you. The family hotel seems to be run by the hard working daughter/sister who we found to be charming and very helpful. Coffee and breakfast or an evening beer on the lake and harbour side is idyllic. This is a wonderful location with the best rates in town and right near the ferry, not miles to walk, but very, very quiet. The pace of life here is slow!! but to repeat I loved it.

Ci siamo seduti fuori per bere qualcosa durante una visita serale e dopo poco è entrato nel locale un uomo con l'aria di essere il gestore che ha messo musica a volume altissimo rendendo impossibile qualsiasi conversazione. Alla richiesta di abbassare il volume commenti offensivi e provocazioni rivolte ai turisti.||Comportamenti irricevibili e da segnalare.||Mai più in questo pessimo locale.

Personale veramente inadeguato e maleducato. Siamo passati al bar e ci siamo accomodati ad un tavolo all’esterno lungo lago, unico altro tavolo occupato da una coppia di tedeschi. Non abbiamo potuto evitare di ascoltare i commenti, o meglio gli insulti derisori rivolti alla clientela, in particolare ai turisti tedeschi, che a voce piuttosto alta il personale cialtrone del bar, faceva dall’interno del locale. Ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati senza ordinare nulla! Pazzesco. Ci auguriamo che la proprietà legga tale messaggio!

If you’re looking for an authentic relaxing Italian holiday this is the place to go. The hotel is a small family run hotel overlooking Lake Garda. The rooms are a good size and clean, there are no TVs!! Just what you need when you want to get away from it all. If you are desperate for communication there is free Wi-Fi . The whole area is good to visit from the south of the lake at Sirmione up to Riva del Garda in the north. Gargnano is ideal base being in the middle and with ferry boats throughout the day. Well worth a visit.

We stayed a few nights in this wonderful small Albergo perched footsteps from Lake Garda. Its on the lake and that's where you want to be in a place like Gargnano. Actually we extended our stay as we enjoyed everything about the accommodation and the village of Gargnano. Ask for the room onto the small harbour and its the one with the only balcony and it would have to be the best. The Albergo Gargnano is extremely well priced for what you get and of course not to forget the amazing breakfast buffet served on the terrace area overlooking the harbour and the lake. ||||The family that own and operate the Albergo will take care of all your needs and enquiries you may have. I'm giving it 5 stars here taking into account all that I've mentioned above. Another great thing about Gargnano is that it seems to have not been found by all that many tourists yet.||Don't delay go and visit and stay at the Albergo.

Crozpac

We stayed for just one night on our way through. It is a long established family run hotel with great character situated in a prime position with views of the lake and the small picturesque harbour. The rooms are old and are need of some modernisation which will be expensive and difficult. In the meantime I assume the hotel does quite well due to the unique position it occupies.||||We stayed on the 3rd floor (no lift) with a commanding view of lake and harbour. One could be very scathing about some aspects but it is better to keep a good sense of humour and enjoy what the place has to offer. There is a bidet in the bathroom but the shower head is on a long copper pipe above the bath with no curtain and the bath has no taps - get the idea?!||||Breakfast is adequate but not generous although, once again the view from the dining room is very good. Pity the chairs (or at least my chair) was so uncomfortable. Probably worn out because it was in best position in the room! I do not think dinner is provided but the dining room is in use most of the day for tourists and others who stop by for a snack or a drink or a coffee.||||The room was not exactly cheap at Euros 90 per night for 2 with breakfast all things considered but we enjoyed our stay.
