B&B Nest On The Lake - Lezzeno, Provincia di Como

Amazing place to stay if you are going to Lake Como. Costantino made it easy by booking our drivers from Milan and then back to the Como train station. Check in was a breeze and he spoke English very well. Lezzeno is a wonderful little town with great restaurants. You can easily book an Uber Black to get to Bellagio or take the bus (C30). One small issue, the shower was a little difficult to figure out. Also, I was not sure how to use the laundry. None of that ruined our trip. The views were spectacular. I would certainly book this place again if I come back to the lake.

My boyfriend and I just spent 4 nights at ‘The Nest on the Lake.’ Rafaella and Costa were kind, accommodating and welcoming. My boyfriend had only just come out of hospital and we had to change our flight to arrive late. Costa organised a transfer from the airport. Our driver Donata and his wife were kind and took us with no complaint as to how late we arrived (1am!). The room and it’s balcony had the most beautiful view of Lake Como. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We slept so well listening to the sounds of the lake lapping against the shore. The breakfast was nice but not amazing. It was very easy to catch a boat to various towns and there are wonderful restaurants in Lezzeno. Our favourites were Aurora and Osteria. The only downside is having to have your wits about you as you walk along the busy road.

We stayed for three nights and wished we had booked for longer! The location is ideal if you want to be far from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns like Bellagio, but close enough that you can still visit for a few hours. We loved the terrace for breakfast and the fact that you have direct access to the lake. Costa was great and gave lots of useful info. We loved that the house has been in his family for generations - a lovely story! Definitely recommend this B&B!

Where to begin with Nest on The Lake..

From booking to departure, everything was just dreamy. Constantino was quick to answer my many questions via email - always reassuring, patient and kind.

Upon arrival, we were absolutely shocked by the beauty of the property, our room, and the lake.

We’d seen the photos, but pictures don’t come close to doing it justice.

The balcony was our perfect reading nook, and the garden was the perfect place for sun to dry off from a lake dip. Just steps away from great restaurants and tucked away from the bustle of Bellagio.

Nest on The Lake is about as close as it comes to perfection.

We’ll never forget our stay here! Thank you both so much for being such gracious hosts and sharing our oasis with my mum and I ?

Nothing but spectacular! The view is out of this world with only a meter or two from the ocean. Simple but clean rooms that offer what you need for a comfortable few nights stay.
A short walk from the ferry (9min) and bus (3min) that will take you to the larger villages.

The bedding could be updated and the breakfast could be improved, but all in all it’s great value for the money! Would come back.

A very peaceful and beautiful place! The place to relax! Stayed there for 4 nights. The location was good with parking facilities and kayaks and a floating mattress on the beach. One could swim right outside the door. Breakfast had a good selection and seating both inside and outside. Close to pier with boats for public transport. Also possible to rent boats close by. I would go there again!

The host is more than Amazing! He helped with every aspect, I was late missed a trained and he helped guide me to the nest.||The property is magnificent, all the views and more also super clean and air conditioning definitely a 5 star experience and more than you could expect. ||Thank you again for making this trip fun appreciate all your help! We stayed at this hidden gem a few days prior to our sons wedding nearby and wished we had more time there. The family owners set up transport from MXP which was a huge relief after a long flight “across the pond”. Our room with spectacular views from the living area and the bedroom was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owners were welcoming and full of great suggestions for meals and activities. The morning breakfast was nice blend of food and beverage choices with options to eat in the quaint indoors or on the cozy patio both looking out on the lake. We met a couple who had stayed several times at The Nest and a first time couple as us and we all couldn’t say enough wonderful comments about the Nest and it’s most accommodating owners. Until we meet again, thank you!
