Festa della mamma...sorpresa delle mie figlie...estasi totale..tutto perfetto dall aperitivo perfettamente equilibrato..il servizio ..la cortesia del personale..Victoria che ci ha seguiti alla perfezione da inizio servizio alla fine decantandoci i piatti preparati dallo chef con perfezione di dettagli.
La cordialità e la finezza di Oleg primo maitre che ha risposto a ogni nostra curiosità riguardo i servizi dell annesso hotel..una serata fantastica..perfetta in un posto stupendo..grazie..ci torneremo..consiglio di provare per credere

Stayed in the 2 bed apartment, you have to reach them via a scruffy car park so first impressions were not good. Apartment was like a student’s accommodation standard not what you would expect for a five star accommodation. Bed was uncomfortable & I also woke to have several bites on my legs. Breakfast wasn’t great for me little to no choice for gluten free allergy so I had the option of scrambled egg! Not even gluten free toast, so I didn’t join my family on the last day of our 3 day stay. Nice view from balcony

Atmosfera, aperitivo e personale impeccabili! Nonostante il tempo non fosse primaverile, ci siamo goduti un aperitivo delizioso in un contesto molto accogliente ed elegante! Bravi tutti! Torneremo!

I really can’t imagine a better place to stay in Lake Como. We did a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large patio deck. There is a washer/dryer combo, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils needed. The accommodation was spotless. I saw that some critiqued that it was a multi level hike back along the beach ( we were the farthest unit) but it really wasn’t a chore once you figured it out and we used the car pass key route when we had the stroller. The beach is all rocks ( so bring water shoes ) but I did not see in my travels to different towns around Como a better beach area complete with bar and amazing pizzas. Best Aperol Spritz I had all week! They do need to replace a couple of the paddle boards but overall that is my only criticism. The staff were beyond helpful. We didn’t include breakfast($25 euros pp) in our rate and wish we had - no real breakfast cafes close by unless you go into Bellagio (15 minutes by car). Restaurant was very good but also some very nice options nearby - make a reservation - especially for the weekend - all the good ones book ahead! We found Lezzano the perfect place to relax away from the bigger towns but easy to access all of them by ferry from Bellagio. Again if you have a car - be in Bellagio before 10 and you can probably locate a free parking spot but the paid parking very reasonable. If we return to Lake Como we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. View was extraordinary, rooms and bathroom very comfortable and spacious. Washer/dryer was great to have mid trip. We had a car, parking in the garage was easy and convenient. Enjoyed breakfast each morning and dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant - food, drinks and service were exceptional. The pizza in the beachside bar is also really good. We rented a boat for a day just up the road at a great place. The Marina staff at Filario helped us dock up for an afternoon. Pool is also gorgeous.

We had a wonderful stay at the Filario, early in May. The room had a very large and comfy bed, modern decor, and a great balcony and view. Service in the hotel was top-notch all around, as the people at the front desk took time to walk us through ferry schedules, call taxis, etc. The restaurant had absolutely amazing food with a wonderful sommelier, who seemed genuinely pleased at how much we loved his recommendations. The hotel had good Wi-Fi , and a good breakfast spread.||One example of the excellent service: I took a shower before dinner, and the towel was changed while we were out.||The bad parts have nothing to do with the Filario per se: getting to the hotel and getting around the lake is difficult if you don't have a car. The streets are extraordinarily narrow and windy, so even walking to the nearby ferry stop feels somewhat hazardous.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were a little nervous about staying in an apartment given a couple of recent reviews we had read after already booking, but we were pleasantly surprised by our 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, spacious, had a GORGEOUS terrace, and a washer/dryer, which turned out to be so handy.||The property itself is quaint, private, modern and exudes luxury. We loved lounging in the cabanas by the lake, where we enjoyed delicious pizza at the pool bar along with a LOT of 'Clooney Margaritas,' a special margarita drink they make which is absolutely sublime. We also had dinner one night at their restaurant, Filario, and it was delicious with excellent service. ||The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us arrange a private boat tour of the lake (highly recommend). The location is also convenient, as the bus stop is literally a 2-min walk away, and the town of Bellagio is nearby.||The only slight annoyance was we couldn't enjoy the pool, as there were so many bees surrounding it, which was a shame as it's beautiful. That being said, there were no bees in the downstairs cabana area near the lake, so we were able to enjoy that and also get in the lake a little to float in tubes. ||I highly recommend staying here for anyone that enjoys modern luxury and wants to avoid crowds.
