For anyone considering a trip to Tuscany, your search is now complete. Ivan (the property host and owner) and his parents are absolutely lovely and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Ivan is kind, sweet, outgoing, and generous and a truly special person. His English is also amazing!

Ivan now has two rentals on his property - the apartment, which is the entire first floor of the primary home and "La Torreta" (little tower) which was converted and renovated within the past year. This review, to the extent that it describes the accommodations, relate to La Torreta where we stayed.

We have been here for our holidays a few times now. The house is above the town of cortona, giving wonderful views of the surrounding area. There is easy parking, with everything you need in the house for a perfect holiday. A well equipped kitchen, if you wish to cook with good places to eat in cortona and a pizzeria opposite the house. The host, the Italiani family are your friends from the minute you arrive. Ivan speaks perfect English and will help you with whatever you need from booking restaurants and taxis to advising on places to visit. If you are lucky you will have coffee with Maria i

Ivan and his parents have a beautiful home for a B n B! The modern full apartment encompasses the whole bottom floor. The fireplace is excellent for fall/winter visits when we were there. I had the fire going every morning before the wife got out of bed, and every evening! Mama and Pappa are charming. While it is a little bit out in the mountains, it’s really not that far to Cortona. And there’s a fabulous restaurant right across the street!

Everything is more than perfect about this place: The views above Cortona, both towards Lago di Tresemeno and towards Valdichiena, the House equiped with a great kitchen and bathroom, the simple yet tasteful and rural interior, the fantastic Private Pool area with sunchairs and umbrellas, the lovely patio just to sit and relax and let the world pass by, the local restaurant with the most beautiful terrace, but especially the warm hearted family who owns and run the place. Mi casa e su casa, so true!!
